Disclaimer and DMCA notice

Last updated:

Important. IPTV Trends provides an access service and account setup. We do not host, upload, store or archive any video content. Nothing on this page is legal advice. If you hold rights in content and want to file a notice, the process is set out in section 9 below.

1. No legal advice

Nothing on this website or in any message from us is legal or compliance advice. Rules on IPTV differ from country to country. If you are unsure about the position where you live, speak to a qualified lawyer in your own jurisdiction.

2. Content and hosting

IPTV Trends does not own, host, upload, archive or produce any copyrighted content. Streams reached through your account are provided by third parties over the public internet. Channel names, logos and trademarks that appear anywhere on this site are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners.

3. Availability and changes

Channel availability, on demand titles, picture quality, features, plans and pricing can change, be withdrawn, or differ by region at any time and without notice. We cannot guarantee that any particular channel, event or title will be available, because that depends on rights holders and on third party sources.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use your account and for complying with the law where you are. Do not use the service in a way that infringes anyone's rights. If you are not sure whether what you plan to do is lawful, get independent legal advice before you do it.

5. Third party links and services

This site and the service may link to other websites, apps or services, including player apps we recommend for setup. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Using them is your own decision.

6. No warranties

The service and this website are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error free or fault free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, IPTV Trends and the people who run it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or the service.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify IPTV Trends against claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service or from your breach of this disclaimer or of applicable law.

9. DMCA takedown notices

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act for one, and you believe content reachable through our service infringes your copyright, send us a notice containing all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you say is being infringed.
  2. The precise location of the material complained of, such as the channel name or the on demand title.
  3. Your name, the rights holder you represent if that is not you, and contact details we can reach you at.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use complained of is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the authorised person acting on the rights holder's behalf.

Where to send it. Message @host4k on Telegram and mark the message as a DMCA notice. Telegram is our only contact channel. Incomplete notices cannot be acted on, so please include every element listed above.

Valid notices are acted on promptly. We may also suspend accounts found to be involved in repeated infringement.

10. Counter notices

If material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter notice through the same channel. It must identify the material, state under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and include contact details and your consent to jurisdiction.

11. Changes to this page

We update this page when our position or the process changes, and the date at the top always reflects the last revision.
