Terms of Service

The short version. You must be 18 or older. Plans are fixed terms paid up front. Do not share, restream or rebroadcast the service. We provide access to streams and do not host content. Support runs through Telegram only, at @host4k. The full terms below are what actually binds both of us.

1. Agreement and acceptance

This is a binding agreement between you, the subscriber, and IPTV Trends. By buying, activating or using an IPTV Trends subscription, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

2. Definitions

  • Service: the IPTV Trends subscription, which provides access to live channels and an on demand library.
  • Subscriber: any person who buys and uses the Service.
  • Term: the period you have paid for, as shown on the plan you bought.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. By subscribing you confirm you meet that requirement.

4. Your account

Keep your access details private. Do not share them, publish them or resell them. You are responsible for everything done with your account, including use by anyone you gave the details to.

5. Payment and billing

Subscriptions are paid up front for the full term. Payment is taken on a hosted payment page operated by our payment provider. Card details are entered there and never reach this website.

If you are unsure whether a particular order set up a recurring charge, check your card statement or message us on Telegram before your term ends and we will confirm the position on your account.

6. Plans and changes

We offer several plan lengths and device counts. Features, channel availability and pricing can change. Changes do not affect a term you have already paid for, and take effect only when you buy a new term.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which sets out what qualifies, what does not, and how to make a request. Read it before you buy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully. The following are not permitted:

  • Recording, distributing, restreaming or rebroadcasting any content.
  • Sharing, selling or publishing your access details.
  • Using the Service in a way that breaks the law where you are.
  • Attempting to interfere with, overload or reverse engineer our systems.

Breaking these rules can result in immediate termination without a refund.

IPTV Trends acts as a service provider. We do not host, store or produce content. It remains your responsibility to make sure your use complies with copyright law where you live. See our disclaimer and DMCA page for how to raise a rights complaint.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is, without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not guarantee that any particular channel will remain in the lineup, because broadcasters change what they carry. To the extent the law allows, IPTV Trends is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or that harms the Service or other subscribers. Where the breach is not deliberate we will normally contact you on Telegram first.

12. Governing law

Any dispute is handled under the law of the jurisdiction in which IPTV Trends is established. If you need that confirmed in writing before you subscribe, ask us on Telegram and we will provide it.

13. How to reach us

Telegram is our only support and contact channel. Message @host4k. We do not operate an email address, a phone line or a WhatsApp number, and any account claiming otherwise is not connected to us.
