1. Agreement and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "the Subscriber") and IPTV Trends ("IPTV Trends", "we", "us"). By buying, activating or using an IPTV Trends subscription, or by using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use the Service.

2. Definitions

• Service: the IPTV Trends subscription, which provides access to live television channels and a TV guide through compatible player applications.
• Website: iptvtrends4k.com and its pages.
• Plan: the subscription length and number of simultaneous connections you buy.
• Term: the period you have paid for, starting when your access details are issued.
• Access details: the playlist link, Xtream Codes login or portal details issued for your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding contract. By subscribing you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

4. The Service

IPTV Trends provides access to live channels and a TV guide over your own internet connection. You are responsible for a compatible device, a supported player application and an internet connection fast and stable enough to stream. Channel availability depends on third-party broadcasters and may change during your Term. Device and app guidance is published on our installation page.

5. Your account and access details

Your access details are personal to your household. Keep them confidential. You must not share, publish, sell or transfer them, and you are responsible for all use of your account. The number of devices that can play at the same time is set by your Plan; exceeding it may cause streams to stop. Tell us promptly on Telegram if you believe your access details have been exposed so we can reissue them.

6. Prices, payment and billing

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and include everything in the chosen Plan. Payment is taken in full, in advance, on a secure hosted checkout operated by our payment provider; your card details are entered there and never reach this Website. Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. Access details are issued once payment clears. If you are unsure whether an order set up any recurring charge, contact us before your Term ends and we will confirm the position on your account.

7. Plans, renewals and changes

We offer several plan lengths and device counts. A Term ends on its expiry date; to continue, you buy a new Term. We may change features, channel availability or prices for future purchases. Changes never affect a Term you have already paid for.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and explains what qualifies, what does not and how to make a request. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial viewing and in compliance with the law where you are. You must not:

• record, copy, redistribute, restream or publicly perform any content;
• share, sell or publish your access details, or exceed your Plan’s connection limit;
• use the Service in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to probe, overload, disrupt, decompile or reverse engineer our systems;
• use automated tools to access the Service or the Website other than through supported player apps.

Breaking these rules may lead to immediate suspension or termination without a refund.

10. Intellectual property

The Website, its text, design, guides, images and logo are owned by or licensed to IPTV Trends and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal use only. IPTV Trends does not host, store or produce broadcast content; channel names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Rights holders can raise concerns through the process in our Disclaimer and DMCA policy.

11. Third-party apps and services

The Service is used through third-party player applications, devices and networks that we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability, features, pricing or content.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and Website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any particular channel will remain available.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV Trends is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Term in which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify IPTV Trends against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that is used fraudulently, or that harms the Service or other subscribers. Where a breach appears accidental, we will normally contact you on Telegram first. You may stop using the Service at any time; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

16. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network or power outages, actions of third-party providers or broadcasters, natural events, or changes in law.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which IPTV Trends is established. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us on Telegram so we can try to resolve the matter informally; most issues are settled within a few messages. If you need the governing jurisdiction confirmed in writing before you subscribe, ask us and we will provide it.

18. General

• Entire agreement: these Terms and the policies they reference are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
• Severability: if any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver: not enforcing a right does not waive it.
• Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published and do not affect a Term you have already paid for.

20. Contact

Telegram is our only contact channel: @host4k on Telegram. We do not operate an email address, phone line or WhatsApp number, and any account claiming otherwise is not connected to IPTV Trends.
