For a MAG box, send IPTV Trends support your box's MAC address (on the sticker underneath, starting 00:1A:79). Once activated, go to Settings, Servers, Portals, enter the portal URL you receive, save and restart the box.

Setup

- "Portal not found" or stuck loading: check the URL for typos and restart the box.
- "STB blocked" or similar: the MAC may not be activated yet; message support.
- Black screen: restart the router and the box.
