TiviMate multiview not working
TiviMate multiview not available or not playing all channels? Check Premium, your screen limit, device power and decoder settings. Fixes explained.

Quick answer
TiviMate multiview needs TiviMate Premium, a device fast enough to decode several streams, and enough screens on your IPTV plan, because each tile is a separate stream. Check Premium is active, use fewer tiles, switch the decoder and make sure your plan allows the number of streams you open.

Multiview shows several channels at once. It is demanding on the device and the subscription, so it is the first feature to fail when something is short.
What multiview needs
- TiviMate Premium; see TiviMate Premium price.
- A strong device: Shield, recent Google TV or Fire TV 4K Max class.
- One plan screen for every tile you open.
Fixes
- Confirm Premium is active in Settings > Premium.
- Open two tiles instead of four.
- Switch the decoder to hardware for every tile.
- Choose HD channels rather than 4K for the extra tiles.
- Close other apps and restart the device.
A 1 screen plan can only play one tile. For multiview, choose a 2 or 3 device plan; see IPTV multiview.
If none of this helps, message @host4k on Telegram with your device, app, the channel name and the exact error. That lets the team check the server side straight away.
