Step-by-step fixes
- Check the login: Re-type server, username and password exactly; the server needs http:// and the port.
- Refresh the playlist: Use the app's update or refresh option so it fetches the current channel list.
- Restart everything: Close the app fully, restart the device and unplug the router for 30 seconds.
- Update the app: Install the latest TiviMate from the store; old versions break when streams or devices update.
- Clear cache or reinstall: Clear the app cache in the device settings; reinstall only if that fails, because it removes settings.
- Test another player: Try the same login in another app. If it works there, the problem is the player, not the subscription.
