IPTV not working on Wi-Fi but works on mobile data
IPTV works on mobile data but not on your home Wi-Fi? That points to your router or ISP. Here is how to find which, and how to fix each one.

Quick answer
If IPTV plays on mobile data but not on Wi-Fi, the problem is your home network or ISP. Restart the router, change the device DNS to a public resolver, turn off the router's security filters for a test, and check whether your ISP is blocking the server. A VPN can confirm ISP blocking.

This pattern is useful: it proves your subscription and app work. Something between your device and the internet at home is getting in the way.
Work through these steps
- Restart the router and the device.
- Change DNS on the device to a public DNS service; see IPTV DNS settings.
- Disable router filters such as parental controls, "safe browsing" or security add-ons, for a test.
- Try another device on the same Wi-Fi to see whether it is one device or the whole network.
- Test with a VPN. If it works with a VPN, your ISP is likely blocking; see ISP blocking IPTV.
Mesh and extender networks
Some mesh systems put devices on an isolated guest network. Make sure your TV device is on the main network.
If none of this helps, message @host4k on Telegram with your device, app, the channel name and the exact error. That lets the team check the server side straight away.
